Laboratory airflow control speciality  design requirements / 實(shí)驗(yàn)室氣流控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要求

In any case, air should always flow from the office, the corridor and auxiliary areas into the lab area. And all chemical laboratory exhaust gas should be directly discharged to the outside, and mustn’t be recycled. Therefore, unless chemical laboratory is required to clean itself, its relative to other space within a building maintains negative pressure of the camp. 

在任何情況下,氣流均應(yīng)從辦公室、走廊和輔助區(qū)域進(jìn)入實(shí)驗(yàn)室區(qū)域,所有化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室排出的氣體均應(yīng)直接排放至室外,而不得循環(huán)利用。因此,除非化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室本身有潔凈要求,否則其相對(duì)樓宇內(nèi)其他空間,均應(yīng)維持負(fù)壓。

Experiment indoor airflow should be from low risk areas to high risk areas. Generally speaking, it should keep the flow of gas 47 liters per second between the above area (170 cubic meters per hour). Office areas in a laboratory should always maintain a positive pressure relative to the corridor and laboratory.

實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)氣流應(yīng)從低危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域流向高危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域。一般來(lái)說(shuō),應(yīng)維持上述區(qū)域之間47升/秒(即170立方米/小時(shí))的氣流量。實(shí)驗(yàn)室建筑的辦公區(qū)域,應(yīng)相對(duì)于走廊和實(shí)驗(yàn)室始終維持正壓。

Under normal conditions, 6-12 times every hour’s room air changes are considered appropriate. When there is analysis equipment which is likely to produce high heat load or there is large local exhaust air in the room, there will be a need to increase in volume. 

通常情況下,6-12次/小時(shí)的房間換氣次數(shù)都被認(rèn)為是合適的。當(dāng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)有可能產(chǎn)生高熱負(fù)荷的分析設(shè)備,或房間內(nèi)有較大量的局部排風(fēng)時(shí),則可能需要相應(yīng)增大換氣量。

The laboratory should adopt full fresh air system, the central air supply unit and compensate laboratory exhaust demand.

實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)采用全新風(fēng)系統(tǒng),采用中央新風(fēng)機(jī)組送風(fēng),并補(bǔ)償實(shí)驗(yàn)室排風(fēng)需求。實(shí)驗(yàn)室排風(fēng)不得循環(huán)利用于其它通風(fēng)需求。

In order to ensure the safety of the staff, keep the distance of discharge point and flat roof  at least 3 meters (ten feet) or even higher in order to exhaust emissions and effectively diluted. The specific choice should be calculated to confirm.

為保證人員的安全,應(yīng)保持尾氣排放點(diǎn)距離屋頂平面點(diǎn)至少3米(即10英尺),甚至可能要求更高,以便尾氣有效地排放及稀釋。具體選擇應(yīng)經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算確認(rèn)。

In the large ventilation system, in order to solve the ventilation equipment at the end of the variable air volume demands and constant wind speed and to achieve further adjustment, we apply the frequency conversion and variable air volume ventilation control.

Variable air volume control ventilation:Every country has strict requirements of the ventilation cabinet winds, For laboratory ventilation cabinet is  the most important level of protective equipment. Generally we should always maintain constant ventilation counter wind speed of 0.5 m/s. Too high or too low surface wind speed can produce dangerous side leakage. 

通風(fēng)柜變風(fēng)量控制:通風(fēng)柜作為化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)重要的一級(jí)防護(hù)設(shè)備,各國(guó)對(duì)于通風(fēng)柜的面風(fēng)速均有嚴(yán)格要求。通常要求始終維持通風(fēng)柜面風(fēng)速恒定為0.5m/s。過(guò)高或者過(guò)低的面風(fēng)速,均會(huì)產(chǎn)生泄漏危險(xiǎn)。

Local exhaust control: Cover cabinet , atomic absorption, reagent cabinets and some other local exhaust control should be able to continuously and effectively control and discharge the exhaust gases quickly and securely. 

其他局部排風(fēng)控制:對(duì)于萬(wàn)象抽氣罩、原子吸收罩、試劑柜等局部排風(fēng)設(shè)施,應(yīng)能夠持續(xù)、高效地控制,安全迅速地將氣體排出。

Room pressure control: Generally we should maintain negative pressure of the laboratory relative to that of the corridor in order to avoid cross contamination of the office or production areas.

房間壓力控制:通常情況下要求始終保持實(shí)驗(yàn)室相對(duì)于走廊的負(fù)壓,以免對(duì)周?chē)k公或生產(chǎn)區(qū)域造成交叉污染。 

Reduce energy consumption: On the premise of safety, significantly reduce energy consumption, including air conditioning and fan energy consumption.

降低能耗:在充分滿足安全的前提下,大幅降低運(yùn)行能耗,包括空調(diào)以及風(fēng)機(jī)能耗。

The working principle of ventilation counter wind speed control system / 通風(fēng)柜面風(fēng)速控制系統(tǒng)工作原理

1、Surface wind speed control system continuously monitor s the actual exhaust air volume of the fume cabinet . Calculate the average wind speed of the open area according to the height of the window. When the exhaust pipe pressure changes or the window height changes, the system responses within a second and adjust the opening of the air valve to keep the average surface wind speed of the window open surface stable. 

面風(fēng)速控制系統(tǒng)持續(xù)地監(jiān)測(cè)通風(fēng)柜實(shí)際排風(fēng)量,根據(jù)視窗高度計(jì)算出視窗開(kāi)口面積的平均面風(fēng)速,當(dāng)排風(fēng)管道壓力變化或視窗高度發(fā)生變化時(shí),系統(tǒng)在≤1S的時(shí)間做出反應(yīng),及時(shí)調(diào)整風(fēng)閥開(kāi)度保持視窗開(kāi)口面積的平均面風(fēng)速穩(wěn)定。

2、Under different experimental conditions,  we can set different parameters on the panel. 

不同實(shí)驗(yàn)狀況時(shí),可在面板上設(shè)置不同的參數(shù)。

3、The system controls surface wind speed at a set speed ( 0.5m/s) through infrared detector when there is an operator in front of the ventilation cabinet and the system automatically switches to another value(e.g. 0.3m/s) to save costs when there is no operator in front of the fume cabinet .

系統(tǒng)通過(guò)紅外線監(jiān)測(cè)器當(dāng)通風(fēng)柜前有操作人員工作時(shí)面風(fēng)速控制在某一設(shè)定值(0.5m/s),當(dāng)通風(fēng)柜前無(wú)人操作時(shí),系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換到另一設(shè)定值(如0.3m/s)以節(jié)省運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。

4、When ventilation cupboard door was off, the air valve maintains the minimum of the ventilation cabinet exhaust air 1500MM , the ventilation cabinet 300CMH.

當(dāng)通風(fēng)柜門(mén)關(guān)閉后,風(fēng)量閥要維持通風(fēng)柜的小排風(fēng)量,1500MM通風(fēng)柜為300CMH。

5、Due to the fault surface wind speed is high or low, there will be sound-light alarms.

由于故障面風(fēng)速過(guò)高或過(guò)低時(shí)有聲光報(bào)警。

6、When temperatures of ventilation cabinet  are high, there will be sound-light alarms.

通風(fēng)柜溫度過(guò)高時(shí)有聲光報(bào)警。

7、When the position of the ventilation cabinet  is too high, there will be sound-light alarms.

通風(fēng)柜門(mén)位過(guò)高時(shí)有聲音報(bào)警。

8、When there is an exception, open the emergency discharge mode control  and  the system will open all the air valves. The maximum air volume of the ventilation cabinet s is free from the control of the wind speed value.

當(dāng)出現(xiàn)異常情況時(shí),開(kāi)啟緊急排放模式控制,系統(tǒng)將全部打開(kāi)風(fēng)閥,本臺(tái)通風(fēng)柜風(fēng)量,不受面風(fēng)速值的控制。
